We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your Casanuvi purchase, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
We recommend using your product for at least 14 days to experience the full benefit. If after 14 days and within 60 days of delivery you're still not happy, simply contact us and we'll process your refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@casanuvi.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- A brief reason for the return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered processing and may no longer be cancellable. To cancel, email us immediately at support@casanuvi.com with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@casanuvi.com and include a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as the Anti-Snoring Guard) cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective. Please review the product listing before purchasing.
